Our Meramanis Test Roast is where curiosity meets craft.
Before any new coffee becomes part of our main lineup, we roast multiple small experimental batches to dial in sweetness, clarity, and balance — the signature Meramanis profile that defines us.

Instead of letting these early batches go to waste, we release them here as a Test Roast: an ever-changing espresso roast crafted for Vollautomaten and Siebträger espresso machines.

Each batch may feature a single origin or a blend of our ongoing projects — West Java, Aceh, Flores, or seasonal microlots. Flavours will vary.
