Meet Ella
Ella Simon is a passionate specialty coffee champion, known for her skill, precision, and love for sharing coffee culture. She is the current German Ibrik Champion and has also competed in several coffee competitions, including achieving 2nd place in the German Barista Championship 2026.
Over the years, Ella has continuously refined her craft, exploring a wide range of brewing methods, flavor profiles, and sensory experiences. Her teaching style is hands-on and approachable, she enjoys guiding participants through the process of brewing, tasting, and understanding coffee on a deeper level.
For Ella, coffee is more than just a drink: it’s a craft, a culture, and a way to bring people together. In her workshops, she combines expertise with genuine passion, encouraging participants to experiment, learn, and truly enjoy every sip.
