Aren Sugar Syrup

Aren sugar, sometimes referred to as palm sugar, is made from the sap of the aren palm (also called sugar palm). While “palm sugar” is a broader term that can include sugars from various types of palm trees (including coconut and date palms), aren sugar specifically comes from the Arenga pinnata, and is known for its deep, earthy, slightly smoky flavor. It’s bolder than coconut sugar and brings a rustic richness to your cup of coffee, especially great in black coffee or a creamy latte.
